Why should I report an Issue with Amazfit T-Rex - Watch Face?

It was a bit clunky before but worked and was worth the money but if the developers don't test their updates before releasing and render paying customers product unusable then I can't recommend thisIt's a good app with a lot of nice watch faces, but it only allows three face downloads a day unless you pay , and a lot of the faces are not available without paying.

2. This is not a phone or communication watch, there's no need for this.I paid for this app, it was working but since last update it wants access to my storage, which I agreed so that it can save the watch faces on my phone.

3. Edit: Get the paid version! Worth every penny!Downloaded to my phone, picked a watch face to sync, and followed directions...and nothing.

4. But then it shows a message saying that it can't find an internet connection and gives me all blank slots where the watch faces are supposed to be.

10. I used to be able to store the downloaded watchfaces in Android folder but now I cannot use thw folder as "to protecty data have cannot use this folder" and ask me to create another folder.

1. Fix Amazfit T-Rex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazfit T-Rex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazfit T-Rex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazfit T-Rex" » Open Amazfit T-Rex - Watch Face » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazfit T-Rex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazfit T-Rex - Watch Face app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazfit T-Rex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazfit T-Rex - Watch Face" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazfit T-Rex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazfit T-Rex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazfit T-Rex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazfit T-Rex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazfit T-Rex not working

2. Fix Amazfit T-Rex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazfit T-Rex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazfit T-Rex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazfit T-Rex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
