Why should I report an Issue with Aerial Dream?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The videos are hosted by Apple Inc. openly and without any sort of encryption or other form of protection, therefore this use is assumed to be legitimate.

2. Though the videos are relatively small (below 200MB), it's still recommended that you have an appropriate internet plan so that you do not incur in extra costs.

3. *Please note*: Aerial Dream streams videos constantly and will consume large amounts of bandwidth.

1. If and when it does work in the future, it really needs an option to store the videos locally rather than have it chew through through bandwidth.Why does the video stop always!?? It plays for 4 seconds and stops for 12-15 seconds! This is definitely not an issue of internet connection.

2. But after using it for two weeks i found out that i used more that 50Go of data over the wifi, it would have been ok if the app download the videos once but it download them everytime.... slowing down the network and using a lot of data.Version 1.3 works on the Nvidia shield.

3. However, the videos FREEZE ALL THE TIME! Every few seconds it stops and freezes, then will continue and then freeze again! If this can be fixed I'd be very happy with the app.If you haven't experienced Aerial on Mac you may not be too disappointed in this but in comparison, it isn't anywhere as good.

4. The ShieldTV places it in the screensaver setting as you'd expect.i was going to give it 5 stars as it does a great job on showing aerial backgrounds.

5. Secondly, for some reason it can't play 4K videos, it just stutters but if I take the 4K HDR files from my computer and use a photo screensaver, it works fine.

6. Using Sony Bravia 65” X80JI still really enjoy Chromecast's slide shows, but these beautiful, hi-res slow panning videos make for a great change.

7. 1) It allows me to set my screensaver start time on a Chromecast with Google TV even if I decide to keep using the default original Ambient Mode screensaver.

8. Really would love to have the option to cache as it seems to be a waste of bandwidth everytime it loads.Used to work on my Nvidia shield.

9. Bravo!!App works great but within the last month, the screen flickers with green bars across it if the location is displayed.

10. Edit: it also flickers when a dialog box pops up on screen if I turn up volume - flickers even with no location shown on aerial dream.

11. When installing on the GoogleTV dongle you can't use the settings > device prefs > ambient mode to activate AD, but have to load the app itself to make it the active screensaver.

1. Fix Aerial Dream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aerial Dream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aerial Dream App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aerial Dream" » Open Aerial Dream » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aerial Dream » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aerial Dream app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aerial Dream servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aerial Dream" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aerial Dream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aerial Dream might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aerial Dream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aerial Dream then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aerial Dream not working

2. Fix Aerial Dream Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aerial Dream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aerial Dream not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aerial Dream may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
