I still don't get any watchfaces when I open the app.It seemed as if the ads loading before the watch faces had higher priorityGreat watch faces more 12hr and bring on more color!Amazing i get the watch faces so fast 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆!!thanks to make this watch face app❤No longer detects zep app so can't install watch faces.Was unable to get a single watchface from this app to my watch.

2. When it came to add my credit card for free payment it tried to get me to pay £19.90. if a credit card is normally needed then a token payment is made then refunded, so why such a large amount.

3. It's very full of date time etc .Downloaded faces did not show up on zep app.. Zep app does not even recognize the files.Please fix.

4. So I rejected authorization and uninstalled appPaid to become a premium member and none of the watchfaces are compatible with my bip u pro.

1. Fix Amazfit Bip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazfit Bip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazfit Bip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazfit Bip" » Open Amazfit Bip - WatchFace » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazfit Bip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazfit Bip - WatchFace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazfit Bip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazfit Bip - WatchFace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazfit Bip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazfit Bip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazfit Bip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazfit Bip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazfit Bip not working
