1. So, hope can do the same here.Error message, GTS not connected l, need to synchronize it with Zepp GTS 4 miniPhenomenal support!!! I had an initial problem saving the watch faces.

Awesome app, fantastic support!!!Didn't really want to rate the app because I used it literally once (for downloading watch face - which it is great for, the choices are amazing, you can filter the watchfaces etc), but man, the almost daily notifications you get are just really uplifting and cute.

3. After trying a few different things with a few emails we exchanged, I was able to install the watch faces without incident! It's refreshing to work with such a professional, passionate developer who sincerely cares about his product and customers.

4. Kindly provide a option to switch the time format of every watchface.Need instruction to sync app with zepp.

5. There might be an error at beginning; you just need to restart the watch and it will work afterwards without any difficulties.

6. When looking at top 50 this week i see 2 watchfaces dated 5 march 23.Same problem with some of the users here, not able to install the faces in my GTS 3.

7. Any watch face with 12 hour format is automatically installed at 24 hour format and I am unable to set 12 hour format.

8. Using Zepp, need to synchronize with future technology, bla bla but nothing happened.

9. I am using GTS 2e watch, and my device is Samsung galaxy s22 ultra.

10. Using bluetooth, can't even detect the watch.

11. Some of these apps really only host the faces but won't perform the file swap, while others never load the thumbnails.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amazfit GTS WatchFaces Issues

1. Fix Amazfit GTS WatchFaces Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Amazfit GTS WatchFaces: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Amazfit GTS WatchFaces App. Here is how:

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazfit GTS WatchFaces" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amazfit GTS WatchFaces app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazfit GTS WatchFaces might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazfit GTS WatchFaces. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazfit GTS WatchFaces then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazfit GTS WatchFaces not working
