1. Tried what developer suggested, still jot working, maybe you guys can update / give mroe step by steps on how to use.Great selection and easy to use!Thank you so much for the new Snoopy and Disney watchfaces! You're the best!It worked the one day then it decided not to work at all, I've tried various watch faces and it still wouldn't sync with my watch.

2. Again, it got to four percent and failed.Unable to search for watch, no clear instructions, the app doesnt work after the update, unable to search or sync, seems like glitch.

3. Now I can't change my watch face and sync at all? Why did you DO this...I was using this up almost 2 years...I already try that and all of it.. It's NOT working!!!An application who doesn't work.

4. I really want the one called "stealth by kifrawi" in red color but each time I sync to my watch it gives me the yellow one This is for the T Rex pro by the way.It was best app for my watch,simple, clean, easy, smooth.

5. Bluetooth and location are on.Many of the watch faces look great, but one major complaint I have, there is no way to choose the color you want.

6. Still cannot change watch face cause of synchro error.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Watchfaces Issues

1. Fix Watchfaces Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Watchfaces: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Watchfaces App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Watchfaces" » Open Watchfaces for Amazfit Watches » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Watchfaces » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Watchfaces for Amazfit Watches app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Watchfaces servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Watchfaces for Amazfit Watches" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Watchfaces app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Watchfaces might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Watchfaces. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Watchfaces then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Watchfaces not working


2. Fix Watchfaces Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Watchfaces be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Watchfaces not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Watchfaces may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
