Need to scroll through all info as huge font size used, 😞😞😞😞😞😞Horrible Experience : 1- Hidden Devices when Adding another one, and there is no way to show them again 2- when trying to cancel your Account totally, it asks for Password or aPIN never Existed 3- when trying to bind your mobile number to the Accounts, it always says "enter the 11th format number" although you really altready entered it correctly 4- No way to Reset DataLogger or the App itself 5- No way to register to another App 6- No Real Help or Support 7- No Respond to fix Bugs I sent emailThe most important data doesn't show, it always show that my batteries are 0%.

I already entered all the data possible, tried to contact support within the app and it fails every time.its good app I could see all the data of my solar inverter with same values updated every 5 min, after the last update it shows that I can see the daily consumption but it is always 0kwh, and it could be better to add the daily consumption in the details tab, and shows the monthly consumptionHi! Am in south Africa, struggling to see my county time zone in the datalogger.

3. It does look better but needs more fine tuning.Took a while to understand why the data logger was connected but did not display any info.The antenna is directional and needs to be pointed in the direction of the wifi signal.

4. The icons on the main screen are clickable and shows additional info when clicked.The power generation vs the load power graph for the pv is a good indicator for cost saving purposes.

5. The grid icon on the screen shows no info, and i ticked it in data settings.

6. But new update use a huge house layout with scattered data pls give option of old layout as well with new.

7. Slow update of data means you can't see realtime data.

8. App is still very slow to update data.

9. We all need data with small image.

10. The app is great as it shows the relevant info needed.

1. Fix SmartESS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SmartESS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SmartESS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartESS" » Open SmartESS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartESS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SmartESS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartESS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartESS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SmartESS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartESS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartESS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartESS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartESS not working

2. Fix SmartESS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartESS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartESS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartESS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
