1. Why do I stop using it? Because I get where I want to and then get lazy lolThis app is great, and really helps you to fill out if you put the work on.always a great little workout, working from home and needing something to keep me active on breaksGreat app, nice work out for all ages.
2. There is a wide variety which is a great improvement on some of the other apps I've had to be satisfied with.I used this app 8 years ago and it reshaped my butt and gave me a great lift and arch.. I got amazing results I'm so happy that I found this app again..Workout is mediocre and the ads are nuts.
3. some literally don't let you out without clicking.Easy to use and follow, definitely recommend to all fitness levels.Been on and off for 4 years and it honestly helps a lot once I stop using it.
4. The workout was good, though.I started using this app when I was 17 and everytime I'm ready to get in shape I come back and download it.
5. There's Google Fit integration which will grant you one fewer heart point than number of workout minutes.
6. I've been lifting, running on my treadmill, but something comforting about this app from back in the day, its effective for me.I loved the exercises.
7. App may be a little buggy as I could only open the settings the first time I opened the app, and now they're always covered by a banner ad.
8. In the free version you have the choice from two different daily workouts.
9. Each exercise in one minute.
10. The only type of exercise aid I use.
11. Ads are rather annoying.
