2. It could be a time out thing on my phone but overall great appMy only problem is the fact that I'm not able to pause the exercises like for example between the squats and the donkey kicks I wanted to pause to do something else (i have a baby under 10 months).

And the other thing is because it doesn't count along with you when it says 12 flutter kicks it doesn't count as it goes to let you know where you are or when your finished if you don't count along( like me lolz) but that's not really bad.I previously downloaded this app and saw amazing results in one months time.

I wanted to love it but no...its just okay, way too many ads, and I don't like the fact that lets say you start from beginning but it just keeps going like you don't see the progress to make it to intermediate or advanced, so if you dont decide let me do the advanced exercises it doesn't advance on its own, and I really hated that.

5. I also like the fact that it allows me to play my own music on phone whilst Training.Great stuff but the app won't stay lit on my phone.

6. I like that there is a clear demonstration how to do the exercise but maybe you could put an option where I can insert my a music somewhere? And play a winning music at the end of the work out to congratulate me considering I preferred to exercise then be lazy? Ehehe that's all.

7. I get to see a person like me do the exercises and not having myself say it's an impossible feat whenever I see animations that can be controlled or manipulated..... Love itđź‘Śđź‘Ś Adding meal plans to the App would make it even better.This app is amazing.

8. I was training with other apps but wasn't feeling much of what i was doing and i got this app just two days ago and picked hard plan, i can tell you my body is broken already.
