1. The fact that it's not super fancy really helped me getting into the meditation phase: I never know what to do with my hands so I select a mudra (a way to hold them during meditation), pick a time and if needed, some nice music or birds singing.
2. Just brings guilt!)I love being able to track time spent with each mudra, I think it's frustrating that I can't create a sequence... and the "how do you feel now" after every single exercise is in my opinion ridiculous.
3. The information and pictures are helpful and it tracks your total time on each mudra.This app is an amazing tool for focusing on ones overall sense of well being.
4. I don't prefer guided courses much but this is filled with simple instructions that are easy to follow on a daily basis.
5. Also curious about what happened to the beautiful daily quotes.These are powerful, subtle poses that can be used to bring a sense of calm, or to invigorate the mind, even relieve a head or body ache.
6. One thing I wish could be added is sound to each mudra with the directions read aloud.

11. If you want to make it a little bit more beginner-friendly, I reccomend adding some practices for before and after meditate sessions to maximize the effect of meditation and to open and close chakras safely.
