1. perfect for beginners starting their ab workouts.Had the paid version on my old phone now it wants me to pay £15 for the ad free version of all the apps and this version now has adds and only 2 work out programmes.
2. Upload the whole series.Great work out, could do with a couple ab work outs to change up the routine, has ads though and sometimes I havent been able to click out of them to get to the next screenApp works well with good demonstrations.
