1. I still use the app even with the off fault so that's why it's got a 4Newlook needs to sort out the issues with the App!! I installed the app 6months ago and it was OK, but yesterday there was a deal on spend £20 off a £50 spend ,I kept applying promo code at the checkout but wouldn't work, I contacted live chat ,who were helpful, but the app kept crashing and it was a nightmare, I'm thinking of shopping online elsewhere, unacceptable Newlook!!App generally works well and looks good, it is easy to use, checkout process is easy and straightforward with many payment options including Klarna.

I can never hardly access my saved items and when on the listings for items and you try to select different colours of the same item the listing does not change to the different colour selected the New Look app is terrible they need to sort out so many issues on itEvery time you try to apply filters to a search it takes you to the home page and kicks you off the search results.

3. Using the search bar to search for key items doesn't work properly eitherCan be quite slow and glitchy (mostly on the 'likes'page).

4. But I love Newlook clothes and find this a good app, arranging collection from my local store (home delivery is available but easier for me to collect on the way from work in store).Abouslte rubbish you can do nothing on this app without it taking you back to what you were on before.
