1. EDIT: Aug 22 2022, the app also forces you to a sales page after a few seconds every time you try to view products from your order page.

2. Processing of items have been successful and they're supposedly be shipped on April 1, but when I reviewed my order's history on Mar.

3. Every time I try to check out it requires I choose a zone (state) from a drop down menu and once I select and go back-you guessed it, the app closes and all info is wiped out.

4. Total waste of my time.Ordered 3 months ago and nothing, had to go through PayPal for my refund.

5. My 1st online clothing purchase ever! The free gift was out of stock (cancel)& the top ordered is actually not the same cutting as the picture showed (quite obvious).

6. I could see if one item didn't make it but i ordered 3 items and none of them arrived.

7. I had so many more items I wanted to buy, wont try again, very disappointing.Placed 1 order which had to be split into 2 shipments.

8. Every time I view an item and go back it closes.

9. If you find anything you like, just copy the title of the item and paste it in AliExpress to find it for a much better price.

10. I had an order that was no longer available & had to choose an option of "refund, wait, or exchange".

11. And of course, i can't go back, because that closes the app, as i said before.Original price of products is not really worth the price plus shipping.

1. Fix Newchic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Newchic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Newchic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Newchic" » Open Newchic - Fashion Online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Newchic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Newchic - Fashion Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Newchic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Newchic - Fashion Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Newchic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Newchic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Newchic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Newchic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Newchic not working

2. Fix Newchic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Newchic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Newchic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Newchic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
