DJI Store Customer Insights

1. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.people (like me) often live in other countries and don't speak the language, this app is useless unless set to the country you are in, and then the language defaults to that country with no way to change it unless you once again change the country.

2. Please resolve the bug(s) in the android app and quickly in order to keep a customer.App won't open, just crashes then shows an error message of "app crashes due to a bug.

3. Ridiculous.USELESS APP I cannot change the language to English if I set my region to Taiwan, the country i live in.

4. I call that fraud.Be prepared to wait if your buying bundled items, i had to cancel a order after waiting 30 days plus after being notified they did not have enough inventory and shipping would be delayed.

5. When attempting to open it the screen flashes as if the opening animation is about to take place but then nothing happens and it reverts to whatever screen my phone was previously on.

6. I cannot speak Chinese so I'd love to use the app in English while keeping my country as Taiwan.

7. Only cancelled because time was a issue, other than that i have purchased many, many times before with no problems.This app will NOT open!!! I have downloaded/installed and uninstalled the app approximately 12 times.

8. Everything went downhill after the Android update.They are shysters! Although it says right at the top of the description they will not provide you with two $10 coupons, that actually expired in January.

9. Just because a person is in a country/region doesn't mean they speak that language.

10. Really pathetic.App Just crashes after attempting to open it.

11. I found out on the next day that I was double charged the amount that on the checkout page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DJI Store Issues

1. Fix DJI Store Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DJI Store: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DJI Store App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DJI Store" » Open DJI Store - Deals/News/Hotspot » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DJI Store » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DJI Store - Deals/News/Hotspot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DJI Store servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DJI Store - Deals/News/Hotspot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DJI Store app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DJI Store might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DJI Store. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DJI Store then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DJI Store not working


2. Fix DJI Store Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DJI Store be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DJI Store not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DJI Store may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
