However, the UI of the app is very annoying honestly I find it particularly irritating when I want to make a new search for a new product and the search bar is basically unresponsive and that's going to cost it two Stars, sorry.Works as it should although there's a few to many notification based ads and also when going to do stuff like track shipping, it loads an in app web page, so what's the point of having the app if it's just going to do that? I'd rather it open in chrome so I can save the page, and just have it on top of my tabs so I just open, refresh, boom up to date info.

2. But instead I have to waste time navigating through menues every time I want to check on delivery statusI would rate the app itself as great, easy to navigate, pleasant to view.

3. However, Newegg's customer service is excellent, and in four years of using them, I never had any problems, and could always get to a representative quicklyApp works very well for most things and creating wish lists.

4. Only problem I've experienced is Newegg not updating the total price of a list when there is a price change for an item.

5. It is just inconvenient to click on each individual item to see the current price, especially when many products go on sale frequently.Amazing.... when it worked.

9. Very confusing at times with so many policy's regarding returns, many places offer no question returns, hard to imagine they send you a $1,000 brick and say "too bad" this is why I am very selective what I purchase and unless it's a deep discount I simply pass.

4. Check Newegg app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Newegg might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Newegg. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Newegg then reinstall.
