New Easy Customer Insights

1. When you choose a category, and click on a product, the back button SHOULD return you to the same category you were viewing, (back 1 step) but instead it brings you back to the home screen and have to choose category all over again and you lose your place.They bought my email address from someone which does not make me happy, but when I went to buy something I couldn't even create an account.

2. I would not recommend this app at all, it's a waste of time.Once open cant use menu!You should NOT be required to create an account prior to being able to just view the app.

3. When I tried to reset it, I never got the email with my temporary password.It want connected keep giving a error message.

4. sign in with my email address and As Seen password.

5. They already had my email address in their system and I didn't have a password.

6. Complete waste of timeI have both New Easy and As Seen On TV, and have ordered from both.

7. Potential customers may not want to shop... Only browse.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix New Easy Issues

1. Fix New Easy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart New Easy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the New Easy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "New Easy" » Open New Easy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for New Easy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear New Easy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from New Easy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "New Easy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check New Easy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, New Easy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall New Easy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall New Easy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing New Easy not working


2. Fix New Easy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make New Easy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to New Easy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, New Easy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
