1. Make sure you don't have to rely on this app for boarding passes, print them off or access them via the website.2023 update: EVERY time I try to check in online, I get an "Oops something went wrong" error message.

It comes up repeatedly with " opportunities something went wrong etc" We are on holiday with no rep and we are told by the bus / transit forwarder at the airport, " no rep at your hotel, so check the app for pick up times on your departure date, bye bye" then rushed off and closed the door before any of the 20+ customers on the coach could say" by the way, your app does not work... but I guess that they already knew.If I could give it 0 Stars I would.

3. I had a problem with one booking, phoned the customer service number and the man I spoke to gave me wrong information and I had to correct him, doesn't give you much faith went the representative doesnt know the answer.

Think this is to replace the reps in resorts... and just about to leave a resort today I can say their reps have been equally as uselessI've got 2 seperate booking with TUI, I've been trying to use the app for weeks and keep getting the same error message, 'technical difficulties' when trying to select seats or enter passport information.

5. This companies website+app is an absolute joke.After login, doesn't allow me to access my forthcoming Marella cruise, so can't check in or download boarding passes via the app.

6. Boarding passes are incredibly slow to download which you would think needed to be quick when you're in the queueOops, something went wrong.

7. This has been the case for weeks now.Never able to load boarding passes, lots of the functions that you would need from a flight app don't work.
