1. Send flight info by email... Good idea but I need both inbound and outbound journey so I can book my pick up when I get home too.Not very good, couldnt check in online flying out or coming back, kept getting error message.

2. Would like to be able to access mobile passes on opening app for swiftness at airport, maybe at bottom menu but currently have to go to trips section for that and also facility to send individual boarding passes via email to other travellers on same booking would be useful.

3. Having tested on multiple devices, it constantly crashes, gives error messages saying something went wrong, or breaks in various different ways suggesting that no real testing has been undertaken prior to publish.

4. App is a complete waste of time!Easy to navigate, like countdown on trips and lots of useful info on destination, hotel, flights, excursions, can manage booking here too.

5. First Choice have amended my booking to a different island, different hotel, different flight times but nothing has been amended on the app.

6. Even worse, when I contacted support through the app, all I got back was an email saying that the email address was no longer in use and I should send an email to a different addres! So their app sent an email to their address that is no longer available.

7. App is OK until I try to pay off an installment then it won't let me, meaning I have to travel to the tui shop or ring them to pay, no point having this feature if it doesn't work!Useless app, kept crashing when putting in passport details.Absolutely useless.

8. Also, the Manage my Booking function doesn't work and says I need to call.

9. I've spent a ridiculous number of hours trying to get a the searches correct only to then view a hotel and the search disappear.

10. I think that just about sums up how useless this app is!!!Utter rubbish - I've nothing against the service First Choice provide, but this app is pure junk.

11. Need to make the app more dynamic, so if I am booked on a flight where certain upgrades aren't available, don't try sell them to us.
