1. I am not really a fan of using mobile app because most of the time it feels small to look at, but this app actually feels easier to use as the interface is simple enough for me to understand and navigate ticket booking.You spend 30 minutes going through all the steps to book your flight in the app, and then you are unable to press the last button to finalize the transaction.

Add to that the confusion if given/last name (sometimes your travel agency have it mixed up) Plus general slow performance, unresponsiveness of the app.Tried to login, required filling up of personal details but somehow will not let me fill out my date of birth so it's a continuous failed login.

3. Any other company, you would have been history.I used to use web-based on PC web browser to book MAS ticket, but then had an event I have to book ticket outside so I installed the mobile version.

4. Second, after adding your trip, they can disappear randomly, inducing anxiety given the search system based on booking is iffy most of the times and does not work well at all.

1. Fix Malaysia Airlines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Malaysia Airlines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Malaysia Airlines App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Malaysia Airlines" » Open Malaysia Airlines » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Malaysia Airlines » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Malaysia Airlines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Malaysia Airlines servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Malaysia Airlines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Malaysia Airlines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Malaysia Airlines might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Malaysia Airlines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Malaysia Airlines then reinstall.
