1. gg is an Armenian IT company that offers transportation (and other) services, creating a transportation lifestyle dedicated to solving any daily tasks.

1. Which makes finding the exact destination a nightmare as then we have to navigate the whole city map to find the adress.Excelent service, but not good app with lots of bugs and distinctions, poor functionality.

2. Choosing a specific location for picking up is nonexistent or hard to find.Lags all the time, address system is rough and intuitively not understandable.

3. So yeah, starting to think of switching.The map is terrible, in some parts it wont even show the buildings, just a naked road, so you should approximately find your apparent, wich often results in wrong addres.

4. Tried activate it couple of time, and everytime it kept just deactivating in the middle of the road with specific sound, though I was within the area where you can drive and the battery was okay.

5. The zoom level is too close and focusing on the driver instead of including my location and the driver is really inconvenient, Sent an email to the support, a month passed and nothing changed.

6. Fire your testers and get a normal test manager to provide quality.It is impossible to order a taxi, especially in the mornings.

7. In shot - it is awful!The taxi service is one of the best, but the app is so unstable that i order taxi from your competitors - sorry guys.

8. Your drivers and overall customer support are good but your application interface needs improvement.

9. It's impossible to get app work stably, so you're getting noticeable delays, incorrect places and other confusion.

10. Had a bad conversation with a taxi drivers who were already waiting for me but on my app it was still showing searching in a process.

11. After so many years of usage, it was logical to presume that the map will be updated or changed, but no, we have the same creapy inaccurate map.App is not working properly.

1. Fix gg Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart gg: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the gg App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "gg" » Open gg » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for gg » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear gg app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from gg servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "gg" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check gg app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, gg might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall gg. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall gg then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing gg not working

2. Fix gg Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make gg be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to gg not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, gg may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
