Mando este mensaje porque quiero preguntarte si me podrías ayudar en un problema que tuve en el aeropuerto de Estados unidos hacia Colombia, uno de Los chicos me dijo que tenía que entrar a esta aplicación para registrarme y poder tener acceso a mi país (colombia) y Que tenía que hacer un pago de $54 dólares, resulta que otra chica me dijo que no tenía ningún cobro para acceder a mi país. No tuve mucho tiempo de pedir mi reembolso en el momento entonces llame a la aerolínea para que me dieran el reembolso y me dicen que me tengo que comunicar con ustedes para obtener ayuda con el inconveniente. Será posible tener respuesta sobre ello. Muchas gracias!
