1. I was worried from all the bad reviews about people not having a trip booked when they arrived but I called to make sure and sure enough the reservation was set!Scam Travel Agency! I Booked through them, when we get to the Hotel we fnd out they don't have a reservation for me and my family I had to pay a night on the spot AGAIN.
2. This app is horrible and i dont recommend using it.Tried canceling my trip, they said they would start the process, over a week later I haven't heard back from them and my reservation still was not canceled and the refund they stated I would get still had not been processed.
3. Can someone please get back to me?Booked a room on this site, they took my money immediately but never sent the voucher, so I had to rebook with the hotel directly spend more money which I was supposed to be saving.

There are numerous documented cases of this company booking travelers in less expensive hotel options in their location and not the hotel they had selected -- and charging them the cost for the more expensive preferred option -- only displaying the different hotel name after the transaction has completed.
5. I called the hotel motel hotel said I had to cancel it through the app but they would refund me for both days so I contacted the app and they asked told me that within 5 days if I would have credits on my account.
6. I called the hotel to see if they had my information and they said they didn't but should given the amount of time thats passed since booking the reservation.
7. I been in email correspondence for a month and they just resolved that I "cancelled" the reservation and stayed somewhere else, I sent them proof of the Invoice of that night that I had to pay AGAIN.
8. I requested the cancelation of the reservation by online chat, e-mail and app, but no response.
9. No customer service, Chat is a first filter trying to avoid to open a customer service ticket.
10. Not even 5 min after i made the reservation I called to cancel it.
11. Filtering the departure city after looking at the package only adds a layer of disappointment.Its service is horrible.
