Bird Customer Insights

1. It's a very good idea, but the ease of use needs tons of work.Still looking forward to my first ride.

2. I'm currently locked out of using the app because my camera sucks and it can't take a good picture of my license with the automatic sizing and lack of a lighting option.

3. During a weekend the app is worthless - I guess too many people using it.Inaccurate, inconsistent GPS tracking has a tendency to randomly lock up the scooter, which prevents you from using it or even moving it to a location where you can use it.

4. They just charge directly to your card, it is about the same price, but I would much rather charge from my card directly instead of having to add a minimum of 15$.Wheels are hard on most ones I've used, makes you feel every little rock on the ground and the routes I use are fairly smooth.

5. I avoided Bird for so long, finally gave it a chance, but I'll stick to Lime and Jump. The sign up process is laborious, and many parts of it don't work.

6. mostly errors in parking ex: I'm trying to end a trip and it says I'm in a no parking zone (the GPS is correct) while being a an authorized parking zone.

7. It use to work fine but the last several times we've tried to use it it has been terrible.

8. Filing for a refund for the few dollars spent waiting for GPS to work would be far more troubling than its worth.

9. several times for several minutes has easily turned what would've been an inexpensive ride to something that would've cost less in an Uber.

10. The best you'll get is a simple apology with no action behind it.More expensive than the other options, but I wanted to try it out because I wanted to compare the experience with the other options.

11. You have to preload money into the app and the cheapest preload option you are allowed to put in the app is 15$ so you have to make a commitment if you really want to ride.
