1. Quite a disappointing experience to have no contact person or any other way to get answers to your questions even after booking a (not so cheap) trip.Basically this app is a nice idea to bundle all the important documents and information in one app.

2. Especially painful, when you are in a country with roaming and this app is supposed to be your source of information about trips, airport shuttle time, flight changes .. Absolutely UselessDisaster.

3. Never seen such a disastrously poor app!Nice interface and pictures, but a lot of missing information.
