1. Contacting the travel guides is near impossible ad one of the screens for contact doesn't load and the other doesn't save the entered info.Horrible app, it's not acceptable how slow it is (30 seconds to load the home page) and it's full of buggy features.

2. When planning a trip clicking on links to additional info will cause entered information to be lost, pressing back (either in the app or using the native Android buttons) will cause all entered information to be lost.

3. The holiday (Aruba) was wonderful, the TUI travel agent locally (Jenna) was also very helpful and delivered good service, but the app sucks!This is the most horrid travel app I have ever seen.
