1. One star docked as it reads out in days, hours and minutes without being able to choose days onlyThe option to add photos to this has been taken away i.e. if you are going somewhere specific on holiday and want to have an image of a landmark as the background it won't add the photo anymore.

2. Only ad is one at the top and isn't intrusive.i have been able to keep track of different dates and times and everything because of this app! It gave me a notification whenever an event was like a week away or 2 days away or even a year away! It is a great countdown app and i will ALWAYS use it!!!I love this app, it is very simple to set up and it helps you to enjoy looking forward to the holiday experience even more.

3. It's saying "access denied" I'm uninstalling it, if you get to sort out the bug that's causing the issue I'll gladly have it back.Previously I was a user of a rival countdown app, but uninstalled it when the ads became intrusive.

4. It would be nice to be able to re-visit the old countdowns :-)Excellent app, very easy to use and to include your own pictures on the event if you don't want to use the ones included.

1. Fix Holiday Countdown… Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Holiday Countdown…: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Holiday Countdown… App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Holiday Countdown…" » Open Holiday Countdown… » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Holiday Countdown… » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Holiday Countdown… app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Holiday Countdown… servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Holiday Countdown…" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Holiday Countdown… app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Holiday Countdown… might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Holiday Countdown…. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Holiday Countdown… then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Holiday Countdown… not working

2. Fix Holiday Countdown… Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Holiday Countdown… be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Holiday Countdown… not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Holiday Countdown… may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
