Why should I report an Issue with WildTrails for Ultimate Wildlife Holidays?

1. There could have been better ways to make money than blocking sightings untill you book a trip.this was an potentially an useful and collaborative tool to understand and collect information about goings-on in the national parks.

2. Doesn't show anything!the time they have made the sighting data private to only those who book a trip with them.

3. Small issue is crashes now and then but nothing majorWhat used to be a great collaborative and informational tool for wildlife experiences, has sold out to be a hitel booking site.

1. Fix WildTrails Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WildTrails: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WildTrails App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WildTrails" » Open WildTrails for Ultimate Wildlife Holidays » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WildTrails » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WildTrails for Ultimate Wildlife Holidays app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WildTrails servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WildTrails for Ultimate Wildlife Holidays" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WildTrails app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WildTrails might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WildTrails. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WildTrails then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WildTrails not working

2. Fix WildTrails Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WildTrails be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WildTrails not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WildTrails may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
