5. i had this problem on my previous pixel 5 and still have it on pixel 7 pro.its really good to use this app when u are not in a situation to visit doctor.

6. Negative point: When you reschedule your appointment by talking over a chat, it will not show in 'Appointment section' and so 'connect' button is missing.

7. The doctor was very friendly but she could not help at all via an app or on the phone.

8. The customer service doesn't help and the chatbot is useless.

1. Fix TeleClinic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TeleClinic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TeleClinic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TeleClinic" » Open TeleClinic - Online Arzt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TeleClinic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TeleClinic - Online Arzt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TeleClinic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TeleClinic - Online Arzt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TeleClinic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TeleClinic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TeleClinic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TeleClinic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TeleClinic not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TeleClinic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TeleClinic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TeleClinic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
