1. The app turned out to be a waste of time.Just installed this on both of my phones, and get all the way through to the point of adding a device.. it shows me the device.. but as soon as i click on it to add it it says "upgrade to a supported version then rescan" Let me ask an honest question of the developer... If this is meant to allow me to transfer data from my old device, to my new one...... why didn't you make it backwards compatible? Why did playstore install an older version on my older device?How is it that I am not able to close the tab for the Go Premium page selection on this old phone but I could close this tab in the new phone that I want to transfer data to? It's like forcing me to pay a minimum of $1.99 for a week the lowest sum in order to proceed.

2. Very disappointing.Seems like a good app but they do not allow the screen to flip! The top right of the tablet i want to transfer from is cracked and guess where the app NEXT button is! It needs to be flippable, so not so smart programmed.When I opened the app I was excited but, once open, it turns out to be the app version of a paperweight.

4. AnnoyingVery difficult to get phones to synch did not transfer all photos and worst of all it basically Destroyed my telephone files which had been successfully been transfered a few days earlier at the phone store.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Data Transfer: Clone It" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Data Transfer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Data Transfer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Data Transfer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Data Transfer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Data Transfer not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Data Transfer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
