1. :(great short cut for cleaning up apps..makes it a lot easier to maintain a great working phone or tablet..going threw the trouble of cleaning each app is made a lot easier..one tap its done..also thanks to the creators for making such a use full app...keep up the great work..Edit: widget does make shortcut to specific app info page but app doesn't clear app data.

2. What a misleading name! Moreover, even the widget doesn't open a specific app's info page but just opens the app! what's the point of having such a widget :/I just want to clear cache for the app that I choose not to uninstall them! The app is extremely cluttered full of app that I never want to be shown and you can't pay to remove the ads.

3. App name is clear data but the only three options it provide are - launch, open app info and uninstall.

1. Fix Clear Data Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clear Data: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clear Data App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clear Data" » Open Clear Data » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clear Data » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clear Data app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clear Data servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clear Data" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clear Data app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clear Data might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clear Data. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clear Data then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clear Data not working

2. Fix Clear Data Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clear Data be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clear Data not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clear Data may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
