1. Fast data recovery for deleted photos & videos.really work!! The application is great, it has recovered all my deleted pictures with no need to root my device.

It has issues, shows you pictures you haven't deleted way too many times, but be patient, scroll through all the pictures, select the ones you want to keep, check the restore option using WiFi, create & name a folder to save to, go back, return to options screen, click save in the new folder you named, and there you have it...all the deleted pictures you thought wss gone foreverYES.

It showed backup of SMS and call log was successful; when resorting from those files, in that instance it did not work, said "no backup data found" or something along those lines, as if the files contained nothing or incomplete unusable data; please do look into that, maybe it's an issue with the app sometimes not competing the backup data process entirely or such.

1. Fix Data Recovery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Data Recovery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Data Recovery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Data Recovery" » Open Data Recovery - Restore Delete » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Data Recovery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Data Recovery - Restore Delete app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Data Recovery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Data Recovery - Restore Delete" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Data Recovery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Data Recovery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Data Recovery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Data Recovery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Data Recovery not working

2. Fix Data Recovery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Data Recovery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Data Recovery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Data Recovery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
