AT&T Customer Insights

1. It transferred over most of my info but then it missed some that includes SMS messages, parts of the call log, pictures, some apps.I was able to successfully transfer all of my photos and videos from my iPhone to my Samsung.

2. It would be nice if it could transfer in the background so you can use your phone if need need because; Come on! we all know that it takes a minute, the type of minute when a girl states she'll "Be done getting ready in a minute."....(enter jeopardy theme music here).

3. Image albums are copied to an arcane folder almost impossible to fjnd; images not in a folder don't get transferred at all; contact transfer is horrid, because (1) many contacts are not transferred at all, and (2) some contacts have reverted to a previous data version.

4. I transferred videos, pictures and documents from one phone to another but not the SMS text messages or contacts but that was not a big deal as Google accounts are better at storing contact details for new phone set ups.

5. Two small problems: the app said I had 0 contacts when I had 70, but after doing the transfer, all of my contacts were on my new phone with their contact photos and everything.

6. I was able to use the small QR code on the screen showing this program was running on the good half of my screen and BOOM mobile transfer took care of everything else.

7. AT&T Mobile Transfer is a very convenient way to transfer messages, media, and other stuff when switching phones.

8. AT&T said they couldn't help and the system available to transfer thru the settings app on both phones wouldn't allow it because there was so little battery to transfer the data.

9. The app is very straightforward and I would highly recommend it.Idk why you have to download the app again in order to transfer, when it's already on your phone.

10. My other phone had a half broken screen and the remaining half was very bad and broken up, but I was able to manipulate it just enough to be able to see the QR code in the screen where you can close or see all recent apps.

11. However, I don't like that it didn't transfer over everything and when it transferred over the pictures they weren't in the date order that they were taken.
