Very inconvenient and unable to access chats on my phone now.Useless app....so slow, and have to either clear the cache or re-install it to get it working...PC experience is just as bad.....Slow and buggy... Very little features and has severe performance issues on Android phones.After the latest update the application is working again and chats are refreshing fast! Thanks for fixing it!Application slows down over time causing chats to take ages to update.

2. I have symphony app since 3 months, and it had been working fine until recently, but from the past few days, i am unable to access it, and the app fails to start everytime I open it.

1. Fix Symphony Secure Communications Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Symphony Secure Communications: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Symphony Secure Communications App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Symphony Secure Communications" » Open Symphony Secure Communications » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Symphony Secure Communications » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Symphony Secure Communications app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Symphony Secure Communications servers.
