With this help of application I have lost 36 kg in 2 months eventhough I am expecting more update in this application And the application is very good for using 2 and half months then it cause some troubles like adververtisements and the counting of step is slowing.. 🙆 ♂️ Kindly check it out tge reason and make correct of that problem My suggesion is kindly give more updates to this app 🙋 ♂️Loaded this app a week ago.

2. 😞 LATER TODAY: wow! This app is amazing! NOT... I've taken 2 steps in the last 13mins WHILE SITTING DOWN! How do you figure that?Unfortunately I can not use this app anymore I spent a lot of time figuring out why it doesn't change from zero to actual step count.

3. I want to know your respond please.Pedometer works fine but pop-up keeps appearing on screen (plus ring tone) showing steps today.

4. Seeing as there's no settings to adjust, it's worthless to me.No tutorial, but ok, not hard to figure out... However, when I drove to the store app was STILL COUNTING STEPS, even though I had TURNED IT OFF for 30mins.

5. Start or stop indication would be more clear & unconfusing.sometimes the steps recarded won't tally with the actual steps taken.

8. No track or path recorded or mapped, only steps (and distance accord to the steps - ~12 steps = 0.01km) are counted.

9. (I wondered HOW it was counting if it didn't require measuring my stride, so I guess it's by GPS?) If you can fix this I'll keep the app, otherwise I'll have to delete it as there are SO MANY others to choose from.

1. Fix Step Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Step Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Step Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Step Tracker" » Open Step Tracker - Count My Steps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Step Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Step Tracker - Count My Steps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Step Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Step Tracker - Count My Steps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Step Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Step Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Step Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Step Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Step Tracker not working

2. Fix Step Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Step Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Step Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Step Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
