1. The ability to pick from a variety of workout plans, set different goals, meal planner, and the grocery list all in one has been easy to use and makes everything easier and faster for me.
2. It even has meal plans where you can seamlessly create grocery lists based off of the meal plans you choose! 5 stars hands down! This makes my meal planning so much easier since it goes based on Macros.
3. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the portions are designed for prep and aren't clear after preparing by the cup and the BMI is not accurate.Great meal planner that adheres to special diets that's macro-centric rather than calorie-centric.
4. This app gets 5 stars for convenience but my two biggest gripes with it are not being able to add custom items to the grocery list and a lot of the recipes are extremely basic with strange measurements.
5. The meal tracking is the beat I've seen and the fact that even the free version can generate a daily meal plan is great.
6. I don't even mind the subscription fee because it does everything I need! I can track my workouts I can buy food easily with a grocery list and I can track my weight gains the only thing that would make this better is if it connected to my scale.
7. The computer generation is great as it personalizes recipes for you, but I found it sometimes makes things more confusing by splitting up a recipie into weird fractions (5/12 of a ramen block?).
8. Also, am I able to update the days I can work out and the length of time, mid week/routine? Love this app!It would not let me select the free plan.
9. Ideally I could choose my meals, click a button and import that grocery list to a grocery delivery service and then move on with my day.I can't say enough about this app.
10. Even has a plate calculator and timers for rest periods! - Meal planning is awesome.
11. One thing I'd change: when adding an off-plan meal, you can click on a Recent item and open/edit it.
