I liked the app but this little thing made me hate it immediately+you've to be subscribed to have ANYTHING almost everything else other than the workout plan and the nutrition plan (which doesn't work properly) needs a subscription which is annoyingIt's a very helpful and all details including exercises and meals are customized individually and it's easy to ask coaches at anytime whatever you want , it only needs to add some variations in meals like vegetarian plan for fasting periods... Highly recommended.ElCoach empowers me to really earn my fitness.

Thanks again for the app and to the trainers and nutritionists who are available 247Trouble in login bad experience Waste of data and time strongly recommend don't downloadTHE WORST EXPRINCE EVER !! I downloaded the app i was excited about it i open it 3 different times it give me nothing all three time just shimmer effect.The interface is brilliant The exercises and their alternatives do not make sense sometimes For some reason, the app thinks that yesterday i had today's training yesterday while infact yesterday's training was something different.

Also, having music would be a fantastic add on.The app is fine but all I wanted is a workout and a nutrition plan, the workout plan is fine but the nutrition plan haven't changed for the past 3 days, I've the same breakfast, same lunch, same dinner, even the same snack since I downloaded the app.
4. Above all this, I was able to tailor the exercises to fit where I want to workout at home or at the gym, the equipment I have, how many times per week, and the duration of the workout.
5. Also, it provides a diet plan according to my goals, along with meal recipe.
6. I prefer if the workout was automatically continued with an alert of the next workout to be ready for it.
7. Using it to workout at home.
8. Was trying to join and set up an account using the email option, but the app keeps telling me that there is an error.
9. If I saw a decent demo, I would have never purchased a year subscription!Honestly amazing! I love how everything is adjusted according to your lifestyle.
10. It's challenging, but I can make it to the end of the workout successfully if I'm motivated enough.
11. The only alternative is to access it using Google or Twitter's account, which I'm not comfortable to do l.
