1. Please contact the developer for assistance.... The reason I purchased was to sync with google drive, and it doesn't do that!New update doesn't allow recording and it keeps crashing.

2. Thanks!Semi decent Ap, it could get 5 stars if you could browse directly to the files to edit & play in other programs, BUT the recording files have been hidden, so I have to upload from the app to gdrive & then redownload them taking twice the space just to edit them or play in a playlist.

3. Tried to sync with Google Drive and got the message: VoiceX requires one or more google play services that are not currently available.

4. It now says "needs support from Google play services which are not available".

5. My biggest 2 quirks that I just realized, that it only records from the phone's mic and you cannot us Bluetooth mic and I cannot edit recorded items, aka slice or delete, for that I'm going down to 3 stars.

6. I bought the premium edition so I could automatically upload memos to Google drive.

7. Supposed to sync with Google Drive.

8. I had an hour long meeting that I tried to record that was completely wiped when I tried to finish the recording.

9. It saves the recordings deep within the apps own configuration files, within the Android operating system.

10. Do not buy!!!Stopped uploading to Google drive.

11. AND ALL MY PRECIOUS RECORDINGS ARE NOW INACCESSIBLEThis is a very good application BUT it needs polishing off.

1. Fix Voice Recorder Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Voice Recorder Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Voice Recorder Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voice Recorder Pro" » Open Voice Recorder Pro - VoiceX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voice Recorder Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Voice Recorder Pro - VoiceX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voice Recorder Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voice Recorder Pro - VoiceX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Voice Recorder Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voice Recorder Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Voice Recorder Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voice Recorder Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voice Recorder Pro not working

2. Fix Voice Recorder Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voice Recorder Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voice Recorder Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voice Recorder Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
