1. Also it doesn't sync with the contacts so when you look at the calls recorded it name every call as "Private" and not by the name of the contact and of course I am only talking about calls from phone numbers in my contacts list.The app WAS working for a week or two and then suddenly stopped recording audio without any indication.

2. When playing back recorded calls, my phone's is loud and clear, however the audio on the other end is low and can barely be heard, even with the volume settings up all the way.
