1. Side plank: one sided? Half time? Prompt to switch?I started using this app 3years years ago when this was still free, now its a paid app but I didnt hesitate to pay for it coz I know that this app really works If u will really stick to it.
2. I decided to use the app again, I'm happy to say after the first 4 days of use the pain started to subside and I'm now feeling the benefit.Give it a go & stick with itI had no choice but to buy the app on download, so I did.

9. Improvements noticeable in my fitness.I did the two month, every day challenge and now have arm, ab and leg muscles I haven't seen since college.
10. Id includes videos, pics, and instructions for every work out.
11. I would like to have a customer service option.This app helped me make a habit out of working out at least once a day.
