1. Working as an independent business and need an easy way to keep track of write offs and do taxes? This is the app.I received communication and/refund I've experienced unauthorized transaction attempts and did not use the full month subscription that I paid for.

2. If only I read them before giving any opportunity for you to do it to me.No mention of any cost when you're signing up, them after you link all your accounts it suddenly wants an annual fee! Worst of all is they won't let you delete your account until you pay, so now i have to go into all my accounts one by one and find out how to revoke their access!!! You assume there will be a paid upgrade, but if there is no mention of a fee until after an hour of setup, them there should at least be a basic free version.

3. Being able to have a real person text me answers to questions I have about my videography/virtual assistant freelance expenses is a lifesaver.

4. You rock, Caitlyn 🤘Just starting to use this app and so far I am pretty impressed! They really make it easy to figure out what write offs you have and explains the tax world in a simplistic, easy to understand way for us people who aren't familiar with the math and lingo of the game.

5. I didn't miss anything, you guess literally tried multiple times to withdraw money from accounts and there are other reviews I found stating the same thing happened to them prior.

6. Accounting doesn't have to break the bank.I've been trying to figure out answers to 2 specific tax questions for 3 years now.

7. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because they don't have an "entertainer/performer" category, which I believe, has different expenses that can be written off.I'm really happy with Keeper Tax's services.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Keeper Issues

1. Fix Keeper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Keeper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Keeper App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Keeper" » Open Keeper » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Keeper » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Keeper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Keeper servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Keeper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Keeper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Keeper might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Keeper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Keeper then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Keeper not working


2. Fix Keeper Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Keeper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Keeper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Keeper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I would like to cancel and delete my account and subscription. I've been trying to cancel it for a couple of days now. I was unsuccessful with it and today I was charged$168. I would like to get a full refund

  • I never authorized you to charge me. I canceled my free trial subscription before it ended and I have proof. I never used the services. I want a refund for the $168 and now I think it $243. That is not legal and bad business. I want my money back now!
