Samsung Video Library Customer Insights

1. Please fix.Recently update of gallery on android 11, makes the videos play like a preview and doesn't allow to pause the video, I mean should we be forced to open it separately, its a total time wastage.

2. No need for another Video Player. The app is constantly crashing, for some ungodly reason you can no longer just open the app itself you have to go into your gallery, find a video, and then hit 'Open in video player' and even then you can't go through your library all the time because it might crash.

3. You have to go in to options tab and select Open in Video Player every single time you want to play a video saved in the gallery.

4. Having to hit the three dots then open video in video player is useless and a complete waste of time.

5. What a waste of time and money!I noticed something, this video player has some sort of audio/video delay.

6. They had two arrows that allow us to go back or forward a a Fram each time, I don't know why they took that out.Problem - One cannot pinch the video to make it smaller or larger.

7. I watched the same movie in VLC and it worked perfectly, which means that the audio/video delay is not the fault of the video itself but rather the Samsung Video Library's fault.

8. Allowing the video to reverse or forward one frame at a time while the video was paused.

9. Open in video player automatically has better control over the video.

10. If it was added back to Samsung Video then i would definitely rate it a 5 star app.

11. Now this app is worse! They wont even let you change the language of a video! Another thing is I hate that they don't let you rewind back or forward each frame like my Galaxy s5 used to have.
