Mobizen Recorder Customer Insights

1. The screen recording quality is amazing, but it won't record internal audio.After today the "record internal sound" feature will be disabled and will not be available for future use unless you disable the auto update feature in the settings in the play store and just continue to use the old version.

2. For some reason the Samsung version doesn't work any longer, just telling you to install the "Unified" version which doesn't allow for internal sound recording (i.e. it records from the mic), eventhough the description still says this is an option.

3. Unfortunately there is some stuff that is really annoying, first of all, if you want to record internal audio you cant hear what you're recording.

4. I have also seen people say 'you can't crop the picture' well, just get an app that can crop the picture afterwards! All in all, this is an amazing appThis Mobizen screen recorder worked perfectly on my Samsung tablet.

1. Fix Mobizen Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mobizen Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mobizen Recorder App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobizen Recorder" » Open Mobizen Recorder for Samsung » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobizen Recorder » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobizen Recorder for Samsung app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobizen Recorder servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobizen Recorder for Samsung" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mobizen Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobizen Recorder might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobizen Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobizen Recorder then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mobizen Recorder not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mobizen Recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mobizen Recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mobizen Recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
