Why should I report an Issue with Mouve - animated video maker for Insta, Fb?

1. That said, I think it is much better than many available apps in the category.First : App crashes sometimes while editing the template! shows unity logo and then the screen goes black! Second : I paid for a monthly subscription and the video lags everywhere except within app when shared or exported! 😐😐 And it's being exported in a very low quality! Third : I want my money back... 😐😐App is very buggy and becoming increasingly difficult to use.

2. Music uploaded does not work, ratio for Instagram not correct from certain phones.

3. the application also feels heavy when running.After spending one full day in understanding the app I realised that it is a Half baked app... Precisely it's quarter baked.

4. Problems with editing occur, not as swift and problem free as one would wish it to be.

5. I want to add textboxes, move textboxes, remove photo grids but all of this is NOT available.

6. I upgraded to a pro plan yet the app hasn't recognised it after two days even though money has been debitee from my account.

7. But when I tried to export, the animations were extremely quick! I couldn't even notice them... If I wanted design a image, I totally would use another app.

9. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is that I am using the Note 10+, Android 10 (top software and hardware) and I can't paste videos, it just won't let me add them.

1. Fix Mouve Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mouve: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mouve App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mouve" » Open Mouve - animated video maker for Insta, Fb » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mouve » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mouve - animated video maker for Insta, Fb app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mouve servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mouve - animated video maker for Insta, Fb" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mouve app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mouve might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mouve. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mouve then reinstall.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mouve may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
