1. Now the camera that I bought to work with this app is a paperweight.Bad, notification of full SD card pops up in notification bar but cannot be accessed from there, then another on screen notification pops up telling me app cannot be used from this account (there's only one account) then that little notification freezes on screen and stays, have to restart phone in order to get rid of it.

2. It's not my network that's at fault as I have two other cameras from two different manufacturers using different software, both of which work faultlessly.Don't Waste Your Time! App constantly kicks you out after trying to stream live footage.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Samsung SmartCam Issues

  1. Restart Samsung SmartCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Samsung SmartCam App. Here is how:

  3. Clear Samsung SmartCam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Samsung SmartCam servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Samsung SmartCam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Samsung SmartCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samsung SmartCam might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Samsung SmartCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Samsung SmartCam then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Samsung SmartCam not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Samsung SmartCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
