1. Please do fix it, I don't know if it's only because of my phone type but it's always disappointing when I just want to screen record something with audio.Please add a feature to only record sound from the device and not a microphone.

2. An issue with most screen record apps is exactly what I mentioned, no way to record only app sound unless you buy something or it just doesn't exist.I used mobizen for 6 or 7 Years and this app had worked wonders with making videos.

My volume is all the way up so I don't know whats happening /Edit: so whenever I spend a long time recording like what I just did now it's goes away by itself so I wasted 20 minutes on a video and the video doesn't get saved anyways so that makes it 1 star, Uninstalling.I LOVE IT! 1. Fix Mobizen Screen Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mobizen Screen Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mobizen Screen Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobizen Screen Recorder" » Open Mobizen Screen Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobizen Screen Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobizen Screen Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobizen Screen Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobizen Screen Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mobizen Screen Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobizen Screen Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobizen Screen Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobizen Screen Recorder then reinstall.
