The final thing is that the when the video is uploaded it comes out horrible with statics which you cant hear anything, and it really gets annoying.You guys should fix this app cause it's just useless.There wasn't an option for orientation... otherwise the app is great and easy to use.I hate it cuz it's broken and it doesn't let me live stream 😭🙏 pls fix it rn!!! 2. Thanks for your time.My choice for screen streaming however my only issue is inner audio is flat cut! Can't even hear it in the streams as someone who believes background music is crucial to a livestream this bugs me if it can be an idea set into production ( eventually ) that would be helpfulIt crashes each time I begin to Live Stream on YouTube.

These would make the app SO much betterI have a lot of problems with this app, first after you are done streaming and check out your video it shows a lot of lag, freezing recorded video and horrible chat, also when it shows the people watching on the top left corner always says that you have no watchers.

1. Restart Mobizen Live: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mobizen Live App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobizen Live" » Open Mobizen Live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobizen Live » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobizen Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobizen Live servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobizen Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mobizen Live app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobizen Live might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobizen Live. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobizen Live then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mobizen Live not working

2. Fix Mobizen Live Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mobizen Live be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mobizen Live not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mobizen Live may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
