Why should I report an Issue with QChat - Reflexis One?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It literally just gives me an error screen 90% of the time and once it does finally work it doesn't show any recent messages.

2. If you want to send a picture you cannot send text with it you have to do one part of the message at a time, you can react to messages in the chat but it only works about 10% of the time and you cannot see who reacted to your post.

3. Doesn't show all of the messages being sent, then sends push notifications all at once every hour or so.Does not work.

4. Every single time.Crashes often to the point I need to uninstall and reinstall for the application to work again.

5. This app works only when it wants too and I can never see everything that is posted on it.I have to uninstall and reinstall this app all of the time, after a few days it will give me an error and not let me log in.

6. Dont like that we need qr code to access since app wont let me open my camera file to scan qr code so i need to either borrow someone's phone or print ess jobaid pdf with qr code to scan.

7. It worked great at first and then just stopped working properly.Every time I try to open this app, it tells me that there is an error.

8. It doesn't auto refresh messages as your in the chat, you have to back out and go back into the chat to see the new messages.

9. Not sure if this app has issue with Android phone only but I have to uninstall and re install and repeat above process every other day since it launched.

1. Fix QChat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QChat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QChat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QChat" » Open QChat - Reflexis One » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QChat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QChat - Reflexis One app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QChat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QChat - Reflexis One" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QChat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QChat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QChat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QChat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QChat not working

2. Fix QChat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QChat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QChat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QChat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
