1. (What happened: my "schedule" in the app changed 3 times within 12 hours, none of which matched what posted.)Apparently this app does all it's magic from 2 to 5 am, so you get the pleasure of getting thousands of text messages, emails and push notifications going off all night.
2. Was this app actually researched and used in a trial to see how user friendly it was going to be? My husband uses the Kronos app and it is so much easier!This app is pretty much useless! Multiple issues from, choosing options, requesting schedule changes, making notes doesn't save, and closes out every time you make a choice.

It is very difficult to use, it schedules us for weird shifts, we can only see our own schedule in the app (which makes swapping shifts and planning each day such a headache), and its doesn't give you any alerts when there's a change to the schedule or when your requests are approved (you just have to keep checking in the app).
4. It should let you know when a schedule is posted, a shift trade is requested, there is an open shift at the store etc.
5. After 9 months, today was the first time it has ever given me a notification of a new schedule.
6. Others in my store have been able to log in but are having difficulty in seeing the schedule.
7. It takes me much longer to do a schedule and the shifts that they have laid in are so far out of our operating hours.
8. Sadly, a bad experience in the past taught me that the "schedule" in the app can be different that what the managers have posted in the store.
9. Especially if you're categorized as a schedule writer, as you get not only all your own notifications, but those of everyone in the store.
10. I always need a manager to help me request my time and even after we have worked on it for half an hour I'm still not sure if it's correct.
11. For me, no one does the schedule the right way so its never available online.
