1. (What happened: my "schedule" in the app changed 3 times within 12 hours, none of which matched what posted.)Apparently this app does all it's magic from 2 to 5 am, so you get the pleasure of getting thousands of text messages, emails and push notifications going off all night.

2. Was this app actually researched and used in a trial to see how user friendly it was going to be? My husband uses the Kronos app and it is so much easier!This app is pretty much useless! Multiple issues from, choosing options, requesting schedule changes, making notes doesn't save, and closes out every time you make a choice.

It is very difficult to use, it schedules us for weird shifts, we can only see our own schedule in the app (which makes swapping shifts and planning each day such a headache), and its doesn't give you any alerts when there's a change to the schedule or when your requests are approved (you just have to keep checking in the app).

4. It should let you know when a schedule is posted, a shift trade is requested, there is an open shift at the store etc.

5. After 9 months, today was the first time it has ever given me a notification of a new schedule.

6. Others in my store have been able to log in but are having difficulty in seeing the schedule.

1. Fix Reflexis ESS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reflexis ESS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reflexis ESS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reflexis ESS" » Open Reflexis ESS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reflexis ESS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reflexis ESS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reflexis ESS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reflexis ESS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reflexis ESS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reflexis ESS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reflexis ESS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reflexis ESS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reflexis ESS not working

2. Fix Reflexis ESS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reflexis ESS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reflexis ESS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reflexis ESS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
