1. ESS gives Belk Associates the ability to view and manage their schedules in the palm of their hands.

Can't update address can't update or add any emergency contacts in the phone app makes things more complicatedThis is always logging you out, it never picks up you location until I'm inside the store, it doesn't clock you in on time because it takes forever picking up your location, the time card doesn't always load.

2. This app needs some major work and updates.On Galaxy note 10+ not saying I clocked in/out when punching shifts Via app while in proximity of store, having to constantly update on registers.

3. It does not say clock in successful just bold letters says CLOCK INMy Iphone wasn't an option after I downloaded the app and my only option was to download a phone I no longer use, there was no cancel button.

4. How are you going to solve the issue? The update you issued did not work for my phone.An absolute nightmare.

5. -A mobile friendly website instead of an extra app to download.Can't see anyting won't load anything they've been having issues with the app of even uninstalled it and reinstalled it cuz they said that should fix it it has not I can't see my schedule or anything.

6. When taking a shift on "find work" never gets approved, nor is added to scheduleThis app as far as clocking in and out and meal in and out has only worked for me once since I've been back to work from the pandemic.

7. I work for Belk in Selma and this app is a joke and my coworkers are having the same problems and it also interferes with my other apps I've had on all my phones and this one also.

8. Perfect!Never works properly, and cant see what time you started your lunch because the app doesnt allow you to scroll and cuts off meal start time.

9. WORST APP EVER and to top it all off the icon will not show and have to go to the play store to pull it up each time smhGood idea.

1. Fix Reflexis ESS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reflexis ESS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reflexis ESS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reflexis ESS" » Open Reflexis ESS - Belk Associates » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reflexis ESS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reflexis ESS - Belk Associates app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reflexis ESS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reflexis ESS - Belk Associates" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reflexis ESS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reflexis ESS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reflexis ESS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reflexis ESS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reflexis ESS not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reflexis ESS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reflexis ESS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reflexis ESS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
