SM 41 Customer Insights

1. I never got even passed the QR code, though it works for the ESS Reflexis app, but every time I would scan it in this app it would just cycle a very brief, unreadable, error then flash back to the camera feed waiting for the QR code, and repeat.

2. Very poorly designed app.Always crashed and always needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled and constant problems with the qr scannerIt doesn't recognize my correct ID and password .Yup, this one failed as well.

3. I was very much hoping to be able to make the schedule from my phone given the amount that needs to be done on a regular basis at my store, so this was a real shame.

4. I hope it gets fixed in an update and will try after one, but for now it is unusable.It takes multiple time of trying to log in before you're successful.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SM 41 Issues

1. Fix SM 41 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SM 41: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SM 41 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SM 41" » Open SM 41 - Reflexis One » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SM 41 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SM 41 - Reflexis One app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SM 41 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SM 41 - Reflexis One" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SM 41 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SM 41 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SM 41. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SM 41 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SM 41 not working


2. Fix SM 41 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SM 41 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SM 41 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SM 41 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
