Rapid Access Customer Insights

1. Get onsite & within 15 mins of being on the website, enter mobile # & Surname & it tells Me I'm not in the system & to contact My Administrator, who tells Me, that there is no problems with My Log-In, yet still cannot get it to function correctly & then be told I cannot enter the jobs jobsite without logging-in, causing a massive loss of time & money - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!One of the worst apps ever.

2. Also cuts bottom of photo off.Rarely works.. 99% of the time freezes on screen where it says "checking for updates" as soon as you open the app.As most others have found it really is quite useless.

3. Stuff like this is why Australia gets targeted for cyber crime.It was ok before the new update just seem to run slow, ive deleted heaps of photos to free up some memory.

4. Really not a good app.Needs access to storage for photos, never prompts for permission and gets stuck in endless loop.

5. As a contractor that works in nursing homes, 4 of my nursing home groups are with rapid global, but 3 you still sign in the old way, only 1 has this app.

6. Rapid Global you are a joke.Rarely works and even when it does it struggles to sonwhat it was designed for.

7. At the very 1st hurdle it asks for your last name, when you select "find" it tells you your code is invalid & will not proceed.

8. Installing an app that can access all your data just to go to work seems like a big breach in personal privacy.

9. Pure Shite!!! Log-In on the website with email or mobile # & password without any problems.

10. Despite being called rapid access, in really it is ultra-slow access.

11. It has not been designed user friendly or helpful to both contractor and reception staff in any way.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Rapid Access Issues

1. Fix Rapid Access Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Rapid Access: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Rapid Access App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rapid Access" » Open Rapid Access » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rapid Access » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Rapid Access app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rapid Access servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rapid Access" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Rapid Access app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rapid Access might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Rapid Access. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rapid Access then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rapid Access not working


2. Fix Rapid Access Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rapid Access be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rapid Access not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rapid Access may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
